1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Wisbid Technologies Pte Ltd ("Wisbid", "we", "us", or "our") and the organisation or individual that accesses or uses our Services ("Customer", "you", or "your").
By accessing or using the Services, signing an order form or proposal that references these Terms, or authorising your personnel to use the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "Customer" refers to that organisation.
These Terms are provided in the English language, which is the governing and authoritative version. Any translation is provided for convenience only.
