Wisbid started inside the buildings it now serves. Between WhatsApp groups, email chains, PDF reports and a dozen spreadsheets, work fell through the cracks — and no one could prove what actually happened. We set out to fix that.
How Wisbid came about
Our co-founders met at the intersection of facilities and software. One had spent years managing estates across Singapore — fielding resident complaints at midnight, chasing vendors for sign-off, and assembling audit packs by hand before every BCA inspection.
The other had built AI and workflow systems for operations teams, and kept seeing the same pattern: the work was real, but the record of it was scattered, unverifiable and impossible to govern.
